Alycen Cuellar is the Founder of Chef Crafted Kitchens, and a proud sixth-generation Texan; Dallas born and raised.


Alycen’s career began in the Arts working for the DMA, The Rachofsky House, Christie’s Auction House, and Goss Gallery. In 2013, Alycen opened and operated The Local Oak, a successful restaurant in the Bishop Arts District for 8+ years before founding Chef Crafted Kitchens in 2022.


Food is in Alycen’s blood; her family, The Cuellar’s, were the creators of “El Chico, Fine Mexican Food” who brought so many families and friends together for over half a century at their multiple dining establishments in several states.


Chef Crafted Kitchens offers 25+ years of hospitality experience through our collaborative culinary team. We put the spirit of love into every aspect of our brand with the freshest, handcrafted experiences to share with your family and friends.

Farmers Assisting Returning Military

Farmers Assisting Returning Military (F.A.R.M.) as a 501(c)3 non-profit veteran’s organization founded in 2015.

F.A.R.M. aims to reestablish meaning in the lives of veterans through agricultural therapeutic rehabilitation and training. The program allows veterans reintegrating into society to once again become teachers, providers, nurturers and leaders while empowering them to the lead for change in America’s distressed food system.
